Descriptions of larvae of the Pristiphora thalictri group of the Czech Republic (Hymenoptera: Symphyta: Tenthredinidae)

Abstract: The larva of Pristiphora sareptana Kuznetzov-Ugamskij, 1924 is described and
illustrated for the first time, and the larvae of P. rufipes Serville, 1823 and
P. thalictri (Kriechbaumer, 1884) are redescribed. Thalictrum foetidum and T.
minus (Ranunculaceae: Thalictroideae) are the first verified host plants for P.
sareptana. Pristiphora sareptana is recorded for Bohemia for the first time.
